TECTONIC FOUNDATION

Due to the relative lightness of our construction methodologies, we recommend this type of Floor and Foundation. The installation thereof is all above ground and only a Plinth is recommender on the outer perimeter and under Load-bearing-walls. It is vital that the ground level must be raised to an acceptable height and that the soil must be well compacted before installation.
